About Nora
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
“My experience working in a variety of Health Care Facilities motivated me to start my nutrition business. I felt frustrated to see what the impact of a lifetime of poor nutrition choices had on the patients in facilities. I decided that it was time for me to help people get and stay healthy NOW, to enjoy vibrant health!”
Now I am living my dream, teaching people how to make food choices and create lifestyle habits that result in looking and feeling their best, as well as preventing or reversing illness!
