I wonder how everyone is doing with their New Years Resolutions to get healthy, exercise more, and lose weight?
Do you feel you’re the ONLY person who struggles? There is such an abundance of information on “how to” get healthy. I am always so amused at the flood of commercials that pop up in the popular media.

There is something to be said about having a buddy or accountability partner, though. Most of us will disappoint ourselves before we disappoint someone else, that’s human nature! That seems to be the deal maker or deal breaker… the element that can make the difference between wanting to make good food and exercise choices and making good choices. Ok, then enough said!
